[s-cars] let's say you had cranked down the wategate

Is that the stock position? Hmmm I don't remember that when I took the metal
disk out of my wastegate. Although I should have measured the depth of the
screw, I didn't... anyone out there have stock settings and measured the
depth of the screw from the flush part of the wastegate? This should give an
indication if the correct location.
