As have I, in Northeast winter's worst, w15/50- Mobil 1. However, Paul is in
the desert, that should help w/ extreme pressures at startup.

Agree 100% the hose may hold (for a while anyway), but I would not trust
those hose clamp connections for the blood of my engine.
