You are probably loosing boost due to operating temps tripping a boost/ fuel
cutback. When temps are higher outside thay are a lot hotter in the engine,
even if you hoopersize your IC. Hard to reduce below ambient without using
liquid gas or ice cooling. Never heard that the ECU let you boost higher when
temps werew up, who told you that?
