[s-cars] Excess Wind noise on S6

What happens if you grip the window frame with the window closed, when the
noise is present, and pull it into its rubber with a bit more force that is
normally exerted by it without help? If the noise decreases, this would
indicate a window frame requiring some adjustment.

I have a similar problem on my driver's window, but I know what the problem
is. I had to get into the door latch last spring, and didn't quite get the
window frame re-install geometry quite right. It's off by a small number of
thousandths of an inch. I simply need to re-align it, and all should be
well. HTH.

Subject: [s-cars] Excess Wind noise on S6

I recently picked up an S6 w/ 100k miles. I've noticed an excessive
amount of wind noise coming from the passenger's door (near the front
windshield). The drivers door doesn't have the same problem.

A friend with the same vintage S6 has noticed the similar problem on his
passenger door.

I'd like to know if anyone else has noticed this problem and come up
with a fix. The moldings, gaskets, etc. All seem to be in good shape.

Thanks,
