If memory serves here you are running a TurboXS H25 BPV. When I tuned my H34
I started with 3 shims and added one at a time until I had eliminated the
high end boost flutter. If I were you I'd back things off to 4 shims and see
if there is any flutter. 6 shims sounds like a lot with, as you put it a puny
K24.
