[s-cars] Adjusting pre-load (keep adolescent thoughts out of this post)

Hap and others,
I'm just doing guesswork with the BPV for right now,
it seems to be doing it's job, but is flutter at part
throttle acceptable or no.  Happened once in 4th gear,
but boost builds very smoothly now.  Anyhow, is there
a net resource or does someone want to come up with a
FAQ or tech procedure on tuning BPV's?
