Hey Marc, sounds like a reasonable deal to me...as long as the car has been
well treated in the past There's a number of experienced early S4 owners on
this list, I'm sure you'll get some good advice.

However, here's my advice:

Run away now.

Don't do it.

The car will bewitch you, take all your money, give you a million thrills,
and leave you wanting more.
