If you have a lot of pedal travel or seem to be getting uneven wear on your brakes check your e-brake cams. Makes a huge difference in pedal feel. A lot of slack in the e-brake is also an indicater of frozen e-brake cams. I just ordered new rear caalipers but the old ones can be cleaned up to a good result
