Yup, the supercharger is a fixed item in terms of output, it's 6-8psi above
Po.  That means a supercharger (roots type anyhow) will suffer the same
output maladies of a N/A motor in terms of altitude correction (there isn't
any).

In which case a turbo will be a better choice for altitude right now.  My
guess is that PES is slow to offer this (or may never), cuz some crazy will
put it on his car at sea level.  Also making up that equivelency might make a
really hot running supercharger, hotter.
