[s-cars] Upgraded brake question

Hello Every One,
                        I was glad to recently find this list and have
enjoyed reading the postings. Last year I finally owned my first S car,
an early 93 with some mods to replace my 90 200q. (Bilstiens, H & R's,
17in rims and red Porsche callipers).
The time has arrived to do some work on those front brakes and I'm not
sure what they are from and what pads would work best. The rotors are
315mm dia. and now worn to 29.2mm thick, so probably started at 30mm;
they are cross drilled so I'm thinking they would have to be ground
rather than turned to cure a slight vibration.
The original 16in wheels fit over ok.
What discs are they if I need to replace?
What is the minimum safe thickness with these callipers?
The package I believe was purchased in Sept 2000, probably/maybe as part
of a
group purchase.
There are ads for so many types of wonder pads, I am just looking for
minimum dust and rotor wear with pretty good cold grab, any thoughts?
The pads a just over 5in long, what 99? do I ask for?
