I am not 100% sure but I think you might have a mix and match brake set up.
315 mm diameter is not a size I recognize from Porsche. 299mm and 322mm,
340mm and 380mm are Porsche sizes. Could it be the you have Audi rotors?
What kind of hubs do you have? Porsche hubs are 130 mm x 5.

The brake pads are easier. Pull a pad and take to your Porsche dealer.

The time has arrived to do some work on those front brakes and I'm not
sure what they are from and what pads would work best. The rotors are
315mm dia. and now worn to 29.2mm thick, so probably started at 30mm;
they are cross drilled so I'm thinking they would have to be ground
rather than turned to cure a slight vibration.
The original 16in wheels fit over ok.
What discs are they if I need to replace?
