You should be able to snap them back in without removing the front
attachment.  That is how the bumper is installed normally anyway.  Else
it would require 3 people to do it.

Take a side, lift and hook on the top of the fitting.  Then press down
and in with the bottom.  Else, try pulling up with the bottom in, then
pull up and press in on the top.  If you pry out the bumper edge with it
in the disconnected condition, you will be able to see how it fits on
its clips.

If the clips on the car are broken, the above won't work and you'll need
to replace them.  That will require removing the bumper.  If the clip
interfaces on the bumper are broken, you loose.  It is possible to use a
bit of wire at the bumper rear top to a nearby trim screw to hold a
bumper that won't stay in its clips.
