[s-cars] Front Bumper Clips

My wife recently did the exact same thing. As Kirby says if the clips on the
bumper are broke or damaged, as mine were, you need to attach the bumper
cover a different way (or buy a new bumper cover!!). I attached it to the
wheel well liner using some sheet metal screws and keepers. Worked very
nicely.
