[s-cars] Bypass Valves

Have you upgraded to a Stratmosphere or the like? I am eyeing this upgrade,
but I had a REALLY bad experiance with the TAP bypass valve (learned my
lesson). I want something that I can just plop right in there, not adjust,
and enjoy my "mad boost son!" Crazy New Yorkers...
