Hap,
I hope Boeing puts enough watts in their dash bulbs.  Or has the glass
cockpit taken care of that problem-Captain revealing his age with the
rheostat setting.  I recommend you to <www.autolamps-online.com> "how
and why"-"age and vision" for a good article on seeing in the dark- HID
baby!!  But you need to turn those things down so you can see the bad
guys out there.  The V1 threat detector doesn't see all.
