[s-cars] 6-Speed EDU Trans

Does anyone know if there wood be a problem fitting a
1999 S4 trans in to a 95 S6. Would this require a lot
of modification? I have checked Charlies page but it
doesn't go into detail about a 99 S4 trans. I found
one at a pretty good price.
