[s-cars] Importing an RS2, can it be done?

If you check the VA. D.M.V.  web site.They have what seems to be one of the=
 more relaxed policies of bringing in cool cars from afar. Anything 1967 an=
d older is allowed, and anything newer must pass the safety regs at the tim=
e of manufactuer. So I would if I had a ton of cash, go to Europe, get a ni=
ce one, install US spec bumpers, headlights, etc. and ship the car over wit=
h my fingers crossed. Then the following X-mas, treat myself to a nice cont=
ainer of euro spec goodies! I'm sure a lot of homework is needed, but it mi=
ght be do-able.
