Hello Chris,
I think the Bentley is only available (new) on CD-ROM now.  I've just
ordered one from Ross-Tech for $70 (special price for purchasers of his
VAG-COM PC interface).

If you're handy with a soldering iron, you can fix the temp. display.  Have
a look at:

You don't need to remove the steering wheel as it says in the guides
(Haynes, Bentley etc.) - this is
complicated by the air bag.

DO cover the cowl over the steering column with a towel - otherwise it will
get BADLY scratched - BTDT.
