[s-cars] Temp Gauge Doesn't Move in COLD Weather

Cody,
This could be the multi-malfunction switch. If it's the switch the guage will work intermittantly or not at all. If the guage is working but staying near the bottom and dropping while cruising on the highway it's most likely the t-stat. When the t-stat is bad the temp will be very dependant on wether the car is moving or still. The car will heat if it is stationary or in-town driving even with a bad t-stat.
