Knowledge is power, so be careful what you "give" to Accel in terms of your understanding of Bosch's Motronic EFI.

Remember, we're dealing with insurance here. To argue policy ambiguities and the doctrine of contra preferentum requires that YOUR understanding of policy coverage must be that of a reasonable person (or less). Nobody likes the sophisticated buyer, except the insurer. Granted, the focus is on your knowledge going into the contract, not knowledge acquired thereafter. Nonetheless, orchestrating the dialogue is as much the battle as choosing the weapon.

I'd be after the below frankly. Since ALL motronic equipped cars have this
component, regardless of country of origin, this statement is completely
false. Which means (using their own logic), TPS is part and parcel to the
fuel injection system, NOT to emissions. Arguing the O2 sensor as an
emissions component might have merit using this definition, but IMO this
component is a basic part of ALL motronic equipped engines in terms of basic
EFI operation, regardless of engine type or country of origin.

Chase this hard.
