Quick A,

Yup, lower passenger side (right) of radiator there's a drain plug that you
can attach a hose to. A large phillips screwdriver can the X plug started
then you can turn by hand, the fluid will flow out the tube.

No special technique that I know about? Fill from overfill tank.
