[s-cars] Eibach Springs for S4/6

There has been some discussion about the apparent
discontinuance/non-availability of the 1529.140 spring set for the S4/6.  I
just got off the phone with Eibach in Irvine which advised they expect to be
receiving this part number end of September/early October.

So, I placed my order for them, plus Bilsteins with Shox.com.
