[s-cars] snow tires

They've done great in the mild CO winters we've had lately.

I put them on the sedan in lieu of Hakkas 'cuz I wanted a
wide snow due to the 300 sunny days a year here and Nokian
didn't have a performance snow model in what I wanted.  I drive
the beater 4000Sq w/ skinnys or beeg 2500HD on deep days.
(and the Frank abuses me when I bring the white whale to lunches)

I haven't had them out in anything deeper than 7" and I would
expect them to slip sideways at the drop of a hat in anything
that was wet, heavy and deep enough.  That said, they have been
fantastic in their first winter season, we'll see what too much
dry driving and hard cornering (in S-herds) has done to them.
