[s-cars] A little story about a car I looked at buying this summer...Its THE car!..Seller seeking lawsuit

I received a reply about the odometer rolled back S4, here is the
email.

Well Chris, it turns out that I am the sucker for not getting a carfax
report before I bought the car.  I researched the service done and it
turns out the mileage is off.  As you can imagine this comes as a
surprise considering the condition of the car is more like the miles
that are showing rather than actual.

As I pursue a law suit with the previous owner I am willing to be fair
with the price of the car considering the circumstances.  Make a
reasonable offer and I will see what I can do.  Believe me, the car
does look and run as if there is only 52K on it so keep that in mind.

So how much is an unknown mileage S4 worth? Anybody have a guess? I
still may want to pursue a purchase of this car. hmmm?

I have suggestted that he consult with an attorney before selling the
car, it may be needed for evidence, etc.
