[s-cars] Cam I ask a question...

 Gents(ladies?),
                  I need info on the 7A exhaust cam on our cars. I am gonna
install the sport intake cam from AVS and have access to a "freebee" cam from
a 20v coupe n/t. Is the lift and duration different or just duration? Has
anyone felt big gains? I asked Maxamillion McDonald at AVS and he thought the
car would no longer be emmissions compliant with that cam. Any info would be
Fantaistorific. Danke

         .....also after I put in the RS2 turbo in my S6 could I put the
stock one in my 5k avant sinse the on she has has 250k without a rebuild?
