[s-cars] RE: Second PSO

What is with these PSO's failing?.  I dont have any channels left so
next time ill have to buy one.
Could it have anything to a low voltage condition effects over time?
I noticed I was running for a while with a very poor battery which now
that it is replaced the electrics seem to have less "quirks".
