[s-cars] Brake Light Woes

There are three filters; one in each banjo bolt at the ends of the high
pressure hose, and one in the middle of the high pressuer hose.  You
might be able to shake up any blockages by pumping down the bomb with
the engine off, then, when starting the engine, keep your foot on the
brake -- you will feel pulsation as the bomb refills.
