[s-cars] Low boost

OK, guys. I've replaced the Michelin Man hose but peak
boost pressure is still 1.8 bar when it should be over
2 bar.

So what now? Bypass valve?

Curiously, the factory-fitted gauge now goes down to 0
bar, don't think it did this previously.
