I have experience with both.  Zygmunt SUCKS.  I bought some stuff for them.
NEVER got them.  I called them for 9 months.  Still never got the stuff.
VISA refunded me.

Blau is fine.  BUT, they are HORRID in customer service.  As Brett said,
IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone.
