You know, we are partly to blame for the proliferation of voice mail menu
driven systems, How many times have you called looking for diagnostic advice
as well as a part, every minute he spends on the phone with you costs him
money, in phone charges as well as time spent. I have always found Jim (Blau)
to be totally professional and very helpful to boot. I find that a
relationship cultivated with a supplier pays off in ways that a savings of
two bucks on a part never will.
