Sure, I use that term all the time.

For instance my 2002 Chevy Astro has too much tip in. Even more so in
reverse.
Ofcourse it ends there. A crisp little launch followed by a slow build to
speed.
Slow is relative of course. Much faster than a Hyundai or similar :).
