[s-cars] Stromung sniffer pipe?

The Stromung turbo back exhaust arrived a few days ago, looks nice :-)

Question about the small pipe tapped on the stock exhaust flange near the
turbo that is covered w/an orange "nipple"... what is it?  Should it be
incorporated into the new exhaust system?   There is no such tap on the
Stromung... although the O2 sensor tap is in place...
