Ron,

Don't see why it wouldn't work.  I've used hair dryers on low heat setting
in the past.  But first it's best to address the real problem.  If it's
condensation, I'd check and make sure that the breather tubes are not
clogged with any thing.  Often, when you remove the rubber boot you'll find
the plastic opening is uneven.  A nice scraping with an X-acto knife or the
like will open up the breather passageway and should cure the problem unless
you have a cracked lens or bad seal.
