You should check out redlineoil.com. They have good, somewhat technical
writeups on all their products including WaterWetter. They mention only
that you'll need an antifreeze/water mix in cold weather, as a
WaterWetter/water mix just won't hack it -- no surprise there. Here in
the SF Bay Area, winter temps in the 30's are a rarity, so no BTDT, as
far as extreme cold temps go.
