[s-cars] RE: Le Mans Classic - have I been to heaven ?

After driving in Paris and other areas of France last weekend, I have come to the following conclusion:

US Method (especially in Detroit and Boston) : "Drive it like you stole it"

French Method: "Drive it like they are trying to steal it"

Frederic certainly demonstrated us the latter method last weekend!! ;-)

Bill, et al-
Driving it like you stole it does have its
consequences, i.e., my car's in the shop ALL THE TIME
now. I guess I'm just weeding out all the weak points
in the suspension and teaching myself what NOT to do.
Let's say this car has taught me a LOT about doing
silly stuff with soft wheels, grippy tires and stiff
springs...which aren't stiff enough, believe it or
not.

But hell, if life was easy, we'd all be driving
accords.
