[s-cars] Speed Sensor (G28) code

Brent!
It will give this code when the engine is not started, all normal. It is
correct that the car wont start with a faulty G28 sensor(flywheel-pickup), but
when there are "no teeths passing by" by a rotating engine it will give  this
code.

Start the engine and it will go away, when you select engine/fault-codes again
on the VAG-COM.
