[s-cars] Speed Sensor (G28) code

Page J 24-97 of the S4/S6 Bentley (which I no longer have) has reference to
the speed sensor Most of the functions are specific to those cars with Auto
Trans and speed limiter (130mph). There is a note that indicates that if the
speed sensor fails, engine rpm is limited to 5320 within 4 seconds at full
load.

You did have the engine running when you did this test, I presume.
Else, there would be no output from the sensor.  I've seen this code
when reading codes with the engine not started.
