Update - [s-cars] MTM 1+ upgrade ---now stalling

Sounds like you may have a cold solder joint.  I've heard of a couple of people
having problems with their Hoppen MTM upgrade during the last GP.  I don't
think a lot of people were affected but it shouldn't have happened at all.
