Have you checked all your hoses and clamps? I once had a subtle leak that
only would occur when the engine was warm. Turned out to be a misaligned and
slightly loose clamp. Seemed the warmup would allow just enough slop to allow
the leak at higher boost.

Even though the plugs are new, there could be a bad one in there.
