[s-cars] rear anti-sway bar for UrS4/6

When I purchased my 95UrS6 last year, the cross-member
that ran across the middle of the underside of the car
was bent (must have caught on a curb) so I removed it
completely... noticed that the rear end had more
flex... and want to do something about it...

I recall reading some info about a custom 26mm rear
anti-sway bar for the Scar and would appreciate
hearing from the responsible parties about what parts
are required, cost, installation particulars....
