[s-cars] rear anti-sway bar for UrS4/6

I hope that someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the center
cross member about which Ken refers serves only to prevent the exhaust or
driveshaft from hitting the pavement should either let go.  The tiny studs
that hold the cross member in place hardly prevent the car from twisting.

As for rear swaybar, there are two kits out there - installing the stock
rear bar (17mm) off of an early '92 or S6Avant, or the "happersized" 26mm
rear bar.  Joe Pizzimenti recently installed the happersized rear bar, and
swears by it.  Not saying much, actually, because every other word out of
his mouth is a swear.  Not to mention that he also managed to swipe the only
remaining bracket kit from Mike Pedersen, so the rest of us who secretly
procured Hap's bar must wait for additional brackets to be made.  Something
tells me there exists a concert of action between the coastal mafia's.
