Sorry for yet another stereo question..

I've decided to stick with the stock Bose speakers/amps.  My only real
complaint with the stereo system is that the head unit plays cassettes
rather than CDs.  Is there an Audi head unit that plays CDs that would also
retain all of the current features (cell phone mute, freq display on
autocheck, cd changer control)..?  perhaps from a later model car ?
