Ah. This is different from what mine does. It feels more like a miss under load and the needle oscellates back and fourth very rapidly (So fast that it looks like one wide needle). The needle even does this under partial boost but you can only feel it under 20+ psi at low rpms under load.

The one I'm refering to is the one on the coil cover.
