Pentosin Hydraulic oil should be below max when the engine is running. Depending on how bad/dirty the check valve is on the bomb you could overflow if you filled the Pentosin to the max after some had bleed out of the bomb. If your brake light takes a while to go out I wouldn't fill it super full.
