Shims... maybe a bad description.  Sometimes you can buy a plate that fits
between the pad backing plate and the caliper piston.  Cody Payne, who just
installed his this last weekend, mentioned to me that he used some form of
these that have clips that slip into the piston.  Hopefully this will help.
My current set of pads is way beyond noisy, and well into deafening.  Woke
the guys up at the security checkpoint at the airport this morning.
