Most of your "steady state" running (that I was talking about), is at cruise
not WOT. At least I can't run WOT here in Ohihohaha Land very often or for
very long. And, I can build close to 20 lbs boost at less than WOT. Of
course, I can't cruise there for long in Ohihohaha Land.
