Randy,
I agree with Gary-- the PSO is a likely culprit.  My UrS6 had similar
symptoms when the PSO failed.

If you need the procedure for diagnosing the problem, Scott Mockry (SJM
Autotechnik) has an exquisitely detailed writeup on his website:

If it turns out that you need a new PSO, Scott sells them for a shade
under $200.  I purchased one from him last month.
