[s-cars] where can I buy a front bumper?

The previous owner of my vehicle had a habit of "overestimating" curbs and
cracked the front bumper (mounts)...plus the rock chips on black are a
nightmare to touch up. I'd rather spend the $ on a stage III upgrade, but
after spending 14 hrs detailing her last wknd, a new bumper would be nice.

Questions:

-where can I source a new bumper?
-how are bumpers typically shipped? oversized UPS Ground?
-could a nephyte such as myself install without prof assistance?
