3) Yes, you can remove and install yourself.  You need the car on ramps,
though, so you can remove the belly pan (sound deadener), else you won't
be able to put the bumper back on without 6 guys and a dog to align
everything.  I recommend using duct tape to hold the bumper shock
absorbers so they don't rotate out of line when reinstalling.  While I
have put mine on alone, with the help of several cardboard boxes, it is
much less frustrating to have some help.  Be sure you have the correct
allen driver to remove and install the main bolts that go thruough the
bumper shocks, accessible from below, IIRC.  Before reinstalling the
grills, be sure the oil cooler duct is pulled into place.
