Hi Joel,
I bought a set of Yoko ES100's in 245/45/16 for my
avant. We had Firestone SZ50's prior to those. We have
about 6k on them now. They have been great in the rain
and are wearing well. They have to be the best bargain
going. I think. Cost less than $400 a set from tire
crack.
Good luck. This is a never ending debate. It all boils
down to price and what you want for performance and
tire life.
